What we do
Career Counselling
After a free meeting for an exploratory discussion, RTA will suggest a programme tailored to your needs, provided on a one-to-one counselling basis.
Below is a typical programme prepared for a professional person who had been made redundant from her job as QA manager for a food ingredients company. Subsequently she was able to choose between two job offers and accepted one at a higher salary than she was earning previously.
